At AlphaTouch, we are dedicated to ensuring your utmost satisfaction with our products. We have updated our policy to clarify the process of returns, exchanges, and refunds, ensuring a smooth and fair experience for all our customers:

Return and Exchange Policy:

  • Returns and Refunds - 90 Day Risk-Free Trial:
    • *90 Day Risk-Free Trial
      Please note that our 90 day trial period only applies for the first purchase and if you make any subsequent orders you will no longer qualify for our 90 day trial period and any refund requests will be declined. Only valid for a single ALPHATOUCH, ALPHATOUCH v2.0 and DINNER MIRTH, with the bundles excluded. If you have any questions please contact our support.
      You must actively use the product for at least 30 days to qualify for a refund. Our products require consistent use to demonstrate their effectiveness. To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact form or at info@alphatouch.com. We will guide you through the return process.
    • The product should be returned to the address provided by our team. We recommend using trackable shipping for returns, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages or errors by the delivery company. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, a refund will be processed, excluding the cost of insured shipping which is non-refundable.
      Please Note: You are responsible for all costs associated with returning the product. These costs are non-refundable.
  • Non-Refundable Circumstances:
    • We will not issue a refund if:
      • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address).
      • Orders marked as “Delivered” with valid tracking information. If you cannot locate the item, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
    • If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item/quantity, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@alphatouch.com and provide a photo/video of the damage. We will address the issue promptly by sending a replacement or offering an exchange gift card for use on alphatouch.com.
  • Lost Packages: 
    • Packages lost by the shipping carrier are not eligible for a refund. In such cases, please contact the carrier with your tracking number for assistance. If you can provide proof of the package being lost, you may be eligible for a reshipment. Please contact us at info@alphatouch.com with the necessary documentation.

Cancellations and Refunds for Orders in Transit:

  • No Cancellation or Refunds for In-Transit Orders:
    • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled or refunded. This doesn't apply to orders that are in transit for 7 and more days over the estimated delivery time.
  • Address Changes:
    • For address modifications on in-transit orders, please contact the carrier directly. AlphaTouch is not responsible for address changes once the order is shipped.
  • Cancellation After Dispatch:
    • If you decide to cancel your order after shipment, you can receive the product and follow our standard return process, or you can refuse delivery, allowing the package to be returned to us.
